Moonsoon is also known as rainy seasons. It brings relief from the scorching heat but it cause many health issues like becterial infection, watwrborne diseases, and espacially digestive disorders. During this season one should be careful about his diet because many foods and vegetables are contaminated with becteria, fungi, viruses and other small microbes that are harmful for the health.
Here we discuss the vegetables that should be avoided during moonsoon season.

Leafy Green:
Lrafy green vegetables such as spinach cabbage and should be avoided during moonsoon because excessive moistur occure on these vegetables during the damp and humid season of moonsoon and growth of becteria and microbes increased. Cruciferous Vegetables:
Cruciferous vwgwtables include cauliflower, broccoli, and brussles. These are highly nutritious but these should be avoided or consume less in moonsoon. The crevics of these vegetables have moisture and lead to the becterial growth. So to keep yourself away from digestive issues avoid these vegetables

Root vegetables:
Root vegetables can be consumed during moonsoon but these vegetables grows in the soil and absorb excess water from the soil because soil has lots of water during moonsoon. In this way becteria and microbes grow in the roots of these vegetables which are harmful for health.

Okra:
Okra has a very skimy texture. Moo soon season make it kess apetizer and more prone to spoilage. Due to excessive moisture during the moonsoon seasons okra develops harmful worms inside it.

Potato:
Experts say that potato stored in damp conditions. In the moonsoon they can easily be rotted or sprout. They can develop a fungal infection called late blight which make them unsafe and harmful to eat. In addition the taste of potato become sour due to humidity and moisture in the air to make them unsafe for consumption.

Brinjal or Egg Plant:
The egg plant or brinjal should also be avoided because this plant is prone to fungal disease and in the moonsoon the moisture is high which is favourable for fungi or molds to grow on the egg plant making them unsafe for use.

Bell paper:
Bell paper is very beneficial for heath. It has lots of nutrients for healthy life. During moonsoon consuming bell paper is harmful. If you consume it in moonsoon it will cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea which can be worse and last for long time. So avoid this vegetables during this season.

Safe vegetables for Moonsoon:

If a person want to consume vegetables during moonsoon he should be consume gourds like ash gourd (kaddu), bottle gourd ( ghiya tori), bitter gourd (karela), pointed gourd (parwel). All these vegetables are easy to digeat and provide many health benefits to the body and harmless for the body during this season because these are less prone to bacteria and fungi to grow.
But if you want to use the other veggiea it is highly recomended to clean them with pure water and cook them. You should cook them at high temprature so that the bacteria and other microbe becone dead and veggies become safe to consume.
